NeuroVibrance
A space for neurodivergent parents and carers to reconnect with who they are.
If you’ve ever sat in your car outside school holding back tears, wondering how you’ll do it all again tomorrow – I see you.
That was me too.
Before my ADHD diagnosis, life felt like an endless uphill climb: the guilt, the forgotten tasks, the exhaustion of trying to parent while feeling like you’re failing.
Then came four small letters that changed everything “ADHD”. Suddenly the noise made sense.
It didn’t fix everything, but it gave me something new, self-compassion.
I created NeuroVibrance so parents like us could find that same relief – to stop blaming themselves and start understanding themselves.
We recognise that there is not a one-size-fits-all approach, therefore our focus is on creating a personalised toolkit of strategies that work for you.

Our Mission
To create an inclusive and supportive environment where neurodivergent parents and carers can make sense of their experiences, manage burnout, and rediscover the strengths without judgment

Our Values
Compassion – Every story matters. We listen without judgment.
Equity – Every parent deserves fair access to understanding and support.
Empowerment – You are the expert of your own experience.
Connection – Healing begins when we stop feeling alone.

Our Vision
A world where neurodivergent parents and carers are respected, supported, and valued.
Through NeuroVibrance’s future CIC, we’re building a community where real-life experience and psychoeducation meet, to create lasting change. Because when parents are supported, families flourish and communities grow stronger.

How long are coaching sessions?
Each session lasts 60 minutes. Sessions can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, although booking sessions close together is recommended for
maintaining momentum and achieving optimal results, however I understand that it can be difficult to commit consistently therefore I will always be flexible and work with you.
What is a Virtual coffee and chat?
This relaxed session allows us to get to know each other. I’ll ask questions to understand your current challenges and what you want to achieve.
No need to have all the answers upfront—I’m here to guide you.
What happens after the virtual coffee and chat?
If you decide to proceed with coaching, we’ll schedule your sessions and begin our journey together. Coaching sessions are conducted remotely via Zoom.
Can I get support between sessions?
Absolutely. If you feel it will help, I can offer check-ins in between sessions to help you stay on track and provide encouragement. As we progress,
the goal is to reduce these check-ins to promote your independence.
